Mohammed was amazing to us and he allowed us to meet Ahmed who took us on his feluka. That was the highlight of this travel to Egypt. The hotel itself is calm, super clean, with a comfortable room. You have to take a boat to join the hotel but it passes often and only costs 10EGP per person.

Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines Juwel im kleinen nubischen Dorf auf der Insel Elephantine. Wir waren mitten drin und es wirkte noch alles sehr unberührt vom Tourismus. Die Fotos entsprechen der Wirklichkeit und es ist wirklich sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns alles was wir brauchten organisiert. Mahmoud war total hilfsbereit und hat uns hinterher noch unser Gepäck zum Kreuzfahrtschiff gebracht. Wir können den Aufenthalt und das Personal sehr empfehlen.

Nach einer intensiven Reise durch Ägypten sind wir in der sehr gemütlichen Gaststätte von Mustafa gelandet. Die Insel ist sehr schön mit einem Blick zum Nil und der Wüste. Das Hotel ist neu gebaut worden, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man hat die Möglichkeit seine Wäsche zu waschen, sehr gut und lecker zu essen und einfach auf der Terrasse die schöne Aussicht zu genießen. Die Gastgeber, insbesondere Mustafa sind alle sehr hilfsbereit, helfen einem auch mit einem guten Rat und sind nicht aufs Geld fokussiert. Der Transfer zur Insel gestaltet sich absolut unkompliziert, man wird mit einem Boot abgeholt, ebenfalls kann man immer die öffentlichen Fähren nutzen.

We were given the three bed room as it’s the available at the moment. It was very clean, and definitely would definitely recommend. We had 4 luggages in total since we stayed in Egypt for about 2 weeks, their location is surreal perfect cos it has almost direct access to boat station. They arranged for us the tour and Nile cruise in an honest price. Thank you for making our Aswan experience the best! The couple behind this was very hands on to make the stay memorable. Thanks a lot!

I live a balcony and my room had that, i could open my balcony and see allt of the village. It was a quick walk to the ferry station and stores. Upon arrival Tamer send is a cab to gather all our belongings and bring us to the guest house. My children and his children played for hours. They didn’t want to leave. Daily we had breakfast and dinner at the guest house and it was delicious. We had a hard time finding a cheap ride home, Tamer was able to arrange a ride for us at a rate we could afford. If your looking for a safe space single or family, this is an awesome guest house to stay at. The picture below is the view as you approach the island.

Außerdem Organisieren sie alle Trips, auch zum Abu Simbel sowie zur Nubian Village. Ich würde definitiv nochmal kommen

The island offers a tranquil escape from the sometimes overwhelming atmosphere found in Aswan. The Nubian people are notably peaceful, respectful, and welcoming, creating a delightful atmosphere. The property is outstanding, offering convenient port transfers upon arrival and departure. The hotel boasts breathtaking views. The breakfast is superb, and the staff are exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. Furthermore, the rooms are impeccably clean. We are extremely pleased with our decision to extend our stay here after our Nile cruise. Missing this unique Nubian experience would have been a significant regret.
