Very close (4-5min walk) to some of the nicest private beaches in Ksamil. Very clean accommodation with modern amenities and nice bathroom. Great coffe/espresso machine!Parking at the property was a huge bonus. The host (a teenage girl) was very friendly and even offered to do laundry for us for no additional charge. Many restaurants and a small kiosk store right next to the property. Air conditioner and TV in both rooms.

Perfect location for both the beach and the town. Our host Emi was so welcoming and so helpful throughout our stay. His villa is of a really high standard, with great attention to detail. Our room was very spacious, with a fridge, ample storage space, AC and an ensuite bathroom with a decent shower. I highly recommend staying here.
