The stay exceeded my expectations - it was very well run in regards to service, cleanliness, and overall comfort. We booked a room with a view of the castle, and we were able to enjoy it on the wrap around balcony. It had a table and two comfortable chairs. Inside the room, you had everything you could want. There was enough space to have two suitcases laid out, and enough table/counter space for things. The WIFI was very fast and reliable. The bathroom area was very clean and big. Breakfast was included, and we were greeted by a couple who prepared it. Parking was included!

The location was excellent, the rooms were immaculate, breakfast was absolutely AMAZING . Ninni is such an incredible person she is so kind, hardworking, and loving . Both her and her husband didn’t speak much English but we were able to make everything work . They both have such open hearts and made you feel like Family . We would stay here again in a heart beat !

The guest house features family rooms. Very centric, Sofia is lovely she helped us find the guest house, wrote in advance and even called. Breakfast was was great. The room looks very nice and new. The room has more than enough space for two people and the bathroom is also very spacious. Good mini fridge that actually cools beverages. You can drink tap water in the city. The AC was also pretty nice compared to others we experienced around.

This was the best place we stayed in all of Albania for several reasons. The guesthouse itself is small and cozy. The location is unbeatable: less than 10 minutes walk to the bazaar and other sights, and very quiet. The restaurant across the street is almost an extension of the guesthouse and the staff there are welcoming and the food is good. The room itself was very small but that’s okay because we only slept there- most time was spent around Gjirokaster or on the terrace. The room and property is immaculately clean, and has one of the best showers I’ve ever had. The real highlights were the terrace and the hosts. That terrace with the view, shade, breeze, and smell of flowers is my happy place. Perfect for reading, relaxing, or having a drink outside. Mimosa and Pandeli are the most gracious, generous, kind, fun, hosts!!! We had so much fun using Google translation and pantomiming to have conversations. Mimosa was kind enough to bring us fresh fruit and salad on the hottest of days. Truly amazing people. Hope to see them again soon!!

The property is non-smoking and is situated 45 km from Zaravina lake. as almost any place to stay in girokaster, it is not easy to find. Googles maps sent us on a wrong way, so we called and they came to help us and guide us to the place. it is very well located. 5 minutes to the bazaar and 15 minutes to the castle. they waited us with some local fruit and coffee. the room is very well. beds and bathroom ok. the view to the castle from the yard, the best! breakfast very good

At the guest house, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. We were warmly greeted by the family and little grand daughters who raced outside to open the gate and show us where to park. Our completely renovated room with a gorgeous rooftop terrace in the Old Town of Gjirokastër, and looking upwards towards the Castle walls was perfectly located. The host has tastefully decorated the room to a completely modern standard. It was spotlessly clean, bright and welcoming. We enjoyed some amazing breakfasts while in Albania, particularly in the North, but OMG Manga's doughnuts with poached strawberries were next level, as was the rest of breakfast
