Close to the charming city Gmunden and many other beautiful places to visit. We really enjoyed and regretted only coming here for one night.

The apartment was absolutely clean, the equipment meets the highest standards, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen tools satisfying and the view of the lake was just wonderful. Very quiet area, near the other beautiful lakes, great base point for hiking and cycling. The owner was very nice and helpful when we needed one more bedsheet. Nothing seemed to be a problem. Our hosts, originally from England, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and we chatted about many topics, even though our English wasn't very good. They provided us with an excellent breakfast, shared their experiences traveling around Europe, and offered very helpful tips for exploring Gosau. Of course, our top recommendation was the incredibly clean room we had. The entire building seemed to have been renovated in 2021. The building was new, with a beautiful balcony and a clean, bright bathroom. We felt it was at least a 4-star hotel. I've already recommended it to my friends.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was plenty and really tasty. Plenty of tea, coffee etc. Amazing view from the room, but the wi-fi was a bit weak. Very near by train to Hallstatt, Obersdorfer Rundweg( nice day round trip) . Tauplitzalm , by bus from 50 m bus stop.
