Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from centre, 5 minutes walk to Elbrus Spa. On the ground floor, is Shop and restaurant, with children entertainment centre. The building is new and everything is new in the apartment. Lovely area. I will definitely stay next time again.

We had an amazing stay at Guest House Sofrica. The staff were very friendly and warm, welcoming us as friends, and we left as part of their family for sure. The food was homemade with care and a lot of passion. We had a quality time- our hosts were very helpful and guided us to all the best places to visit nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Yuri. :-) The guest house is spacious in a big garden. You can make use of all the amenities, like the BBQ and the bar areas. Trigrad is beautiful and pittoresque and worth a visit, especially the cave. We will be back!

Newly build and very clean place, designed to have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was a bit small, but still comfortable. The bed, the pillows and duvet were soft and gentle for the skin and ensured a good sleep The lady that accommodated us was very kind. She was waiting for our arrival no matter that we were late.
