Great accommodation in a small town but very well connected to Lucerne and Zurich by train which is a much better way to explore Switzerland than by car. The hosts are very kind and did everything to make our stay great. Generous breakfast was provided every morning. There is also a nice seating space in the garden. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Everything in the place exudes quality. Although it is near the railway, the insulation on the windows is so good that it never is an issue. The bed was absolutely superb! Shower also very good and invigorating.

This guesthouse was very friendly and welcoming and located close to the old town. It is top rated for food in the town, although we didn't eat there, the restaurant was very busy. Parking is located in front, in a public car park and the receptionist has a card whereby you pay 12 francs a day. Our room was spacious, clean, super comfortable bed and homely. It was all very relaxing. Breakfast, although a small display, had everything - fresh bread, croissants, fruit, yoghurts, hard/soft boiled egg and a small selection of meats & cheese. We appreciated very much the 'help yourself to coffee machine' which is always the best thing ever! Super friendly staff who spoke English with us.
