She literally welcomed us with open arms and was so kind to us from the very first message when we had booked our stay months prior. We feel like we made a new friend! She went out of her way to explain and answer our questions regarding restaurant reservations and activities in the area. She verified times for us for the little train that goes around Bellinzona, which is an adorable little train ride and she gave us tips about the local markets and was so attentive to our every need. She offered us lovely goods from the bakery for breakfast and the vanilla croissant was so delicious and the bread she provided every day for us was some of the best bread we've ever had! And the view from our "Blue Balance" room was absolutely stunning! It had a floor to ceiling window with a gorgeous balcony and we could see the mountains and the town and the castles and there aren't enough woods in the world to say how fabulous the view was and we were able to see from the comfort of our room fireworks on New Year's Eve. The view from the shared kitchen was lovely and we were able to heat some basic things on the stove. There was no microwave but it wasn't necessary for us. She is such a lovely person and gave extra pillows in the room at our request because we were recovering from an injury. She gave us beautiful gifts when we left and offered us fantastic Prosecco when we arrived. All in all it was an extraordinary exceptional stay and we highly recommend it. She is a truly kind warm and welcoming person.

It’s very close to the train station, so it was very easy to get around.

Sara is an incredible host who made the stay extra special: she's super kind, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does. This is also reflected in the house: from the communal spaces to the rooms themselves you can tell a lot of love and care has gone into every detail, there's a lot of character as well as a very high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast is also delicious and locally sourced, and Sara adapted it for us being vegan. 100% recommended to anyone who's thinking about visiting the area, and we'll definitely choose to stay at Cuore Alpino next time we're there.

Die Unterkunft Dolceresio Lugano Lake B&B, die in Brusino Arsizio gelegen ist und von der aus Bahnhof Mendrisio in weniger als 12 km erreichbar ist, bietet einen Conciergeservice, Nichtraucher Zimmer,... Brusino Arsizio ist ein kleines idyllisches Dörfchen direkt am Wasser und das Dolceresio B&B ist auch direkt am Wasser, davor ist nur eine kleine Gasse, wo ganz selten mal ein Auto vorbeifährt. Vom Fenster aus kann man die Entchen auf dem See schwimmen sehen, sowie überhaupt eine schöne und sehr ruhige Landschaft. Es kommt einem fast unglaublich vor, daß man im Grunde nur wenige Kilometer vom Trubel der Autobahn entfernt ist. Hier kann man sich tatsächlich erholen und sich in eine andere Epoche zurückversetzt fühlen.
