Literally like 1 minute to the coast from the hostel(walking) and only a few blocks from the artisanal market and to the towns’ busy area. The house was decorated beautifully and was very spacious. The host Raúl was very intelligent, well mannered, and informative. Though, I didn’t use it, he offers tours in his Hostel (penguins, the town, etc). Very good communication with him and he recommended us good places to eat and where to visit within Ancud and where to go afterwards. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was perfect. Private parking available upon request. Central AC in the house, so we slept nice and warm.

Situated in Castro and only 2.8 km from Sabanilla Beach, Globertrotters features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property features garden and city views, and is 19 km from Nuestra Señora de los Dolores Church. The homestay has family rooms. It was a best hostel I stayed in so far. My bed had a great mattress and bedding was of hotel's standard. The host was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of my stay. Common area is nicely decorated and a good place to meet other guests.
