Jenny was an amazing host, the best we could have wished for - incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful. From the moment we arrived (which was quite late but she waited for us), she kindly answered each of our questions, gave us very detailed instructions and advice on what places to visit, best timing, etc. Jenny also helped us book the tickets which was great! We loved the room - modern, decorated with taste, and the bed was so comfortable! Last but not least, knowing that my girlfriend is vegan, Jenny cooked really delicious food and treated us to her homemade dinner. Totally recommend this place. Thank you Jenny for all your hospitality and help. If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay at your place!

A very great place,The English of the staff is very good, and she is very kind. We took the bus from the train station and the she already waited for us at the visitor centre, It was only a short 5~7min. The view is amazing! We were so glad that we booked this place instead of of the places next to the river. It was really quiet but still only a few minutes walking distance to the river.The condition of the room is the same as the information given to us before. Although it is a little high, it is worth it.We are used to Chinese toilets.so there is no problem at all for us.

Die Unterkunft Heaven's Gate Home Stay --free pick up service--panoramic view of Tianmen Mountain ist in Zhangjiajie, 32 km von Zhangjiajie-Nationalpark und 2,8 km von Tianmen Mountain Ticket Office... Hotel wird von einer sehr netten, hilfsbereiten Familie geführt. Besonders die Ausflugstipps vom Inhaber waren Gold wert. Geschätzt haben wir auch das Frühstück, den Abholservice und den Laundryservice. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

The breakfast is lovely and the boss is friendly and helpful. and it is very close to the place of interest. highly recommended.

The place is near so many restos and shops. I like that it is just next to the river. The host helped us with plan our trip of Grand Canyon and National Park. We enjoyed the claypot resto nearby and went there 3/4 days for breakfast. The room is huge and clean. Towels and slippers are changed daily plus unlimited free water bottles! Also toiletries are nice smelling.

The Hotel is placed very close to the east gate of the national park and they even offer a free shuttle service to the gate. It’s a family run hotel and they are incredibly friendly and helpful. They speak really good English and helped us organize our days in the park and booked all the best tickets for us.
