The employees were really friendly, helpful and courteas.

All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A recently renovated homestay situated in Fenghuang, Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn features a terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Really nice hosts, they helped us a lot, offered advice on how to see the town best and were just really generally nice and helpful. The room is in a really nice looking location so it's a great base from which to see the town or just chill on the balcony. The provided ginger candys, toohbrush and tea which was also a bonus. When we were leaving the helped us with our bags and called a local taxi for us, since there aren't that many Didis in this town

They took care of us from the very beginning until the end. The room also received a free upgrade, which was really nice. You can’t go wrong with this place, you will feel like home. If we’ll ever go back to Fenghuang, this will be our choice. Thank you to everybody, you were all great🙂

After bringing us to the hotel she gave us a moment to eat and rest. After rest she helped us book our entire 3-day program. She booked the Zhangjiajie national forest park tickets, taxi, the lift tickets to go up and the same for tianmen mountain. We had nothing to worry about and even with some discount! Thank you so much for everything! It was a great stay.

Do not attempt to the place on your own as we did :) The owner offers to wait for you at the bus stop/taxi stop and accompany you to the hotel, which is only a couple of minutes away.

Really nice apartment with great view. The owner was more than helpful- provided lots of useful tips, drove us from the airport and made a great effort to ensure we had pleasant stay. The hotel is very well located in a central area, I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Language barrier is always tricky in China but the receptionist is very attentive and was always going above and beyond to communicate, she was always ready to show the best itinerary and give tips of where to go and what to do.
