It was spacious and well accommodated. The view from the hotel was stunning. Location is great, lot of restaurants and supermarket next to it. Tianmen cave was only a 10min walk to reach. The staff are so kind. Highly recommend it

The location was perfect. Central to everything and in the heart of the beautiful ancient town. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking. Such an exhilarating experience to wake up to.

I did not expect this place to exceed my expectations, from the train station out of the hotel to help me contact the private car to pick me up, arrived at the hotel roadside there is a butler to help me take my luggage back to the hotel, although the room is not large but very stylish and warm. The hotel is located in the ancient city scenic spot, go out for a minute to the ancient street, travel is particularly convenient. Every staff member is warm and kind, and when I have something to ask them, they will be the first to help me solve the problem and make me feel as warm here as my own home, and I strongly recommend it.

Jenny was extremely helpful in giving suggestions about the Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie area. Helped is purchase the tickets which were very easy to retrieve from the ticket office. She also helped us with getting to Wulingyuan via bus instead of taxi. It was easy to communicate with her and the room was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and internet fast.

The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the room. The hostess was also very friendly and helpful. She offered to help us with our luggage up the steps and offered great assistance with how to get around to the tourist spots. She gave us a ride down to the South Gate and also helped us with sorting the tickets, etc. Breakfast was also very lovely at the beautiful location.

The owners are top notch, they organized our transportation, they made the plan for the 2 days we spent in Zhangjiajie National Park. The location is close to the entrance to the park, and to many places where you can eat.

Phenomenal, super helpful owner and the location! Huihui has been the best host ever and I do travel a lot. She even fetch me from the street at 11 pm when I got lost in Fenghuang maze of streets 💕 Great tips on the area, where to go and what to see. The room was great, spacious and with great view. owner was very nice and welcoming ! gave us suggestions and guidance on where to go about :) even prepared special meals to suit our appetite. 100% recommend ! ❤️ owners were also very friendly and fetched us to a few places. Room wise was very clean and spacious. toilet comes with bidet and warmer. there was also a jacuzzi in my room. there is a pool downstairs to swimm as well. and there is a projector to watch movies ans listen to music :)

Everything was lovely, the rooms were clean and big and really warm (we visited in winter), the location of the place is super convenient and they offered a free shuttle to the entrance of the park & to the bus station, the breakfast was delicious, as well as the dinner, and Rebecca was incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful! They also offer tickets and tours to the attractions in the area!
