Tianmen cave was only a 10min walk to reach. The staff are so kind. Highly recommend it

A recently renovated homestay situated in Fenghuang, Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn features a terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The location is great and the room has everything you need, + a beautiful view! The staff is warm, welcoming, extremely kind and always helpful. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anybody! 10/10

At the homestay, the units come with bed linen and towels. I did not expect this place to exceed my expectations, from the train station out of the hotel to help me contact the private car to pick me up, arrived at the hotel roadside there is a butler to help me take my luggage back to the hotel, although the room is not large but very stylish and warm. The hotel is located in the ancient city scenic spot, go out for a minute to the ancient street, travel is particularly convenient. Every staff member is warm and kind, and when I have something to ask them, they will be the first to help me solve the problem and make me feel as warm here as my own home, and I strongly recommend it.

After bringing us to the hotel she gave us a moment to eat and rest. After rest she helped us book our entire 3-day program. She booked the Zhangjiajie national forest park tickets, taxi, the lift tickets to go up and the same for tianmen mountain. We had nothing to worry about and even with some discount! Thank you so much for everything! It was a great stay.

What really made the difference was the amazing hospitality of the manager—he was very attentive, gave us helpful tips to explore the area, and even offered rides to the airport and train station. It truly felt like staying with friends. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!
