An amazing aristocratic place with gorgeous wooden decorations. The room very clean and spacious. The owner Niko and her family is by far the best homestay owners I have met. She speaks very good English.Her husband and her met me at the gate of the old city and took me to the hotel to avoid getting lost. I had just arrived in China and she helped me with setting up all the relevant applications. I can't thank them enough. The location is splendid in the old city

We enjoyed or stay so much that we stayed a night longer than originally planned. It's one of those places where you immediately feel at home. Our host was wonderful, the atmosphere great and the coffee delicious. The neighborhood is perfect for walks through the streets with colourful houses and great wood art.

Host and Staff were helpful with hospitality. We arrived early morning which was still dark, but he answered the phone and open the door of hostel for us. How lucky we booked this place. SUPERB.

We did not have breakfast but was directed by the staff and local for places to eat.. lots of restaurants around the place.The staff at the lodge are most helpful and very informative. One particular girl went out of her way to help us organise car ride to where we want to go and personally make sure we get onto the right car..The rooms are very clean and comfortable .

The staff are super nice and friendly, most nights here the atmosphere was lively and fun, and we often went for dinner with each other. After a week, I found a new family in Kashi. The location is also great, inside a local Uyghur neighborhood with many friendly locals and shops, restaurants a plenty.
