The other room has artful wooden interior design, a blend of traditional and modern style. Found interesting Chinese paintings (copies) from Laoshu and we liked the traditional furnitures in the hotel. There's a lovely quiet yard with a big sweet osmanthus tree, a traditional moon gate and lion stone statues.

The owner of the apartment is extremely friendly and welcoming, the room is clean and bright, had all necessary equipment, overall felt really comfortable staying here, which is very precious, especially for a solo-traveling woman. The location of the apartment is also very convenient, the neighborhood is pretty nice and quiet, subway station is in a walkable distance and there are a lot of convenient stores and a mall nearby. I would definitely recommend to stay there:)

The garden is lovely specially in spring while fruits are ripen and trees are freshly green. I spent much time there listening to fish and the nine year old turtle. My room is small as I was solo. I have also used the Japanese room for my yoga. They serve nice quality tea and it’s part of the experience to be in the tea capital of south China. I plan to stay there again in my future visit.
