The room was exactly as described online and or depicted in the pictures online. The room was neat, very clean and well organized with all facilities available as stated in the advertisement. The internet too was very good. The bathroom, kitchen and living area (shared areas) were also very clean, well organized and had all the necessary facilities that make living comfortable. The beds are comfortable with pillows and sleeping blankets. A clean towel was also provided for use even though I didn't use it. It is a perfect place for a short or long stay. Any time I'm coming to Berlin I will book the place over and over again provided it's available. I highly recommend!

This unique and privately run accommodation combines historical charm with modern comfort in a super central and convenient location. With a central location near the Kurfürstendamm and the KaDeWe, we offer renovated, comfortable, individually designed rooms and friendly service. The room is in old fashion style, but renovated, very clean and equipped on modern way. It is comfortable , spacy, with very high ceiling. Location is very good, mostly pedestrian zone with limited traffic, alive place with lot of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, places to walk around, but it was very quite in the room. Metro station is on 5 minutes walking distance, also, long line busses are available next to the metro station. The staff was patient and willing to help. Reaction on issues was fast and efficient.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the homestay. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

Loft Studio in historic factory building is a recently renovated homestay in the centre of Berlin, 1.7 km from Natural History Museum and 1.7 km from Memorial of the Berlin Wall. Among the facilities at this property are a lift and private check-in and check-out, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is set 2.6 km from Berlin Central Station. We stayed here for the Berlin Marathon and loved it. It's a beautiful break from some of the busier areas of Berlin but the U Bahn (U6) is right outside the apartment and this line is very well connected to the tourist sports or busier areas. Apartment was clean and Jurgen has done a fantastic job restoring this factory building in to an attractive industrial style apartment. Jurgen was a very accommodating host who was always on hand to help with recommendations which were all fantastic. If we return to Berlin we will be looking to see if the apartment is available.
