It's like a little oasis of peace where you feel at home and yet you can reach the center very quickly by cab or tuktuk. We received a very warm welcome here and immediately decided to stay an extra night, because you don't often find such a beautiful place. Our bungalow was right on the Nile and we had a wonderful view. We were also able to order first-class local food and drinks or shisha at very fair prices. All the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly and always on hand to help when we needed advice (for example, we had a problem with an outside cab driver who charged more than we had agreed and they were on hand immediately to sort the situation out for us). The owner Mahmoud made sure we were provided with everything around the clock and we have rarely felt so comfortable - we will definitely be back to stay longer!
