It is around 20 min walk from the town centre and the walk is beautiful and peaceful. The host is so welcoming and accommodating and efficiently arranged any tours or transport we needed - he always selected great, trust worthy drivers. In fact, he even helped when we left our phone in a taxi. Thank you so much!! Ahmed really goes above and beyond for his guests, anything you need he’ll help! The rooms have a rustic feel, I feel the cold and so would have appreciated warmer bedding in the winter. Although once I asked for more blankets we were provided with them immediately! If you are looking for a peaceful and authentic homely experience- sleep in siwa is for you!

The homestay offers a continental or vegetarian breakfast. The bed was great! The room was comfortable and had all I needed while still being a charming Siwa house. The room stayed cool even when it was too hot outside. The host is amazing! I almost fell in love with him…but it was too short a visit, sigh. Captain Nayer helped organize several trips with a reliable and affordable tuktuk driver who was wonderful. Breakfasts were great and had many healthy choices served family style. The WiFi was adequate for my needs. If I come back to Siwa in the future, I will stay here. Siwa is an amazing place and so relaxing. It is worth a visit

Get Nefertiti some treats when you visit the property, she's such a cutie!! ❤️
