Towels and sheets were good and clean without fragrance. Well designed. Nice staff. Bathroom good and clean condition, didn't see any mold or anything. I would stay there again.

Generous and hospitable to a fault, he took care of all our needs and simply could not do enough for us. He speaks excellent English, and we had wonderful conversations with him. He recommended that we visit the local fiesta in nearby Reinosa, and it was a very special experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and cosy. It was lovely to sit next to some local people while they played cards at night, and our rooms were superbly clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful, right next to a tranquil lake with grazing horses and cattle and lots of water birds. Perfect in every way.
