The hotel is located quite in the centre of Paris, but since it is at a very quiet way, you have the feeling as if you were living somewhere in the countryside, once in the room. I would have loved to stay in the hotel the whole day (especially, on the terrace), if Paris itself was not so great, too!
A good location for a hassle-free stay in Paris, Maison Lavaud is a guest house surrounded by views of the city.

La Maison Lavaud is such a wonderful place! We rented the Penthouse Apartment, it was very spacious, clean, with five bedromms, three bathrooms, a hot tub/whirlpool, Grand Piano, balconys.... It was very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, shampoo etc.) and Claire is a wonderful host! She welcomed us so friendly and was very helpfuk with every question we had. She also offered and brought breakfest every morning. They are super organized and so sweet. I really recommend this beautiful and special place.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Washroom was also beautiful and clean. Room was equipped with a hair dryer, makeup removers, coffee machine, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and kinder chocolates. Mini fridge, cutlery, and a plate were also available in the room. The owner even left a yoga mat in the room which I thought was very thoughtful. The location was on a busy street, but very close to lots of shops, cafes, and the Seine.

I stayed here for a few days while visiting Paris, and it was a wonderful experience! The host was lovely and super helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. There was nice tea and coffee available for breakfast, which was a great touch.
The room was really clean, and the bathroom was spotless every morning. The water pressure was excellent, and the bed was very comfy with a nice, cozy duvet — perfect after a long day of exploring the city.
Some people told me this area wasn’t great, but I actually found it really nice and comfortable. The apartment is right above a metro station, which made getting around so easy, and there’s a great taco place and a bakery open early just downstairs.
For the location and quality, the price was really good — great value for money. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!
