But Ann was so welcoming and lovely - available but not intrusive. Loved having a chat in the morning over coffee!! Such a lovely location, minutes from the town centre yet feels miles away, peaceful and quiet. An amazing breakfast, good quality food, and a clear amount of effort. I grew up around here, so know the area but this was a fantastic base to do some exploring. Good room, clean and comfortable.
