Dan is a very friendly host. He made us feel at home. Bedrooms are very confortable. All is super clean! We loved staying there with our 2 kids after having cycled around Isle of Wight. We loved the location too, only a few steps to the seaside. Dan gave us good tips for a very nice pub at sunset and for restaurants. We would definitely come back in the future!

A really pleasant stay with friendly but unobtrusive hosts. It was very convenient to be able to replenish drinks for the room etc. from the guest dining room. We'd definitely stay again if in the area!

The views are amazing! The breakfast were super good and delicius! They bring it to the bedroom and you can choose in between manny options! The room is very clean and the bedroom very comfortable and they have absolutely everything you can need, also a phone charger that you can take it and pay it next day They are very welcome and thruswhorthy, they charged us when we did the check out They have a living room for the guests and another room with drinks etc Lot of space to play board games or spend time. Extremely recomended!!! And its allso very close to the center, 5 min walking.

The perfect place to rest. Peaceful, clean, has everything you need. Great location 5 min walk from the centre and the sea. I escaped the business in London to relax a bit, and this place really helped me to do so. The owner is very kind and tried to meet all my needs. You also have included a nice breakfast with different options. I went for the English breakfast and was freshly prepared at the moment. The single room on the top had a lovely compfy bed, a nice and clean bathroom, and 2 windows which is not obvious for smaller rooms like a single. There is also outside space where you can relax, have a drink. I am really happy with the whole experience, will come back. Shanklin is a beautiful town, and you can easily go anywhere from there with buses if you don't have a car like me. One of the bus stops (the coaster) it is just in front of the guest house.

It was super easy to locate. From the very first look we were impressed. The property was cosy, clean and enjoyable. Especially the cleanliness and size of the bathroom exceeded our expectations. The staffs were welcoming and friendly and the live music was added fun. We highly recommend it.

Lovely place to stay, very good location - within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Very clean and comfortable room, we had everything we could need and the bed was super comfortable!! The staff was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. We told them we were vegan so they made us a vegan full English breakfast in the morning, and they even put little packets of soya milk in our room to have with tea/coffee. They let us keep our luggage in the room, even after check out time.
