We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house. The house itself is very nice, with pretty, clean room. The location is great. Within walking distance of Edinburgh city centre, and there’s also a bus stop nearby if you prefer not to walk. Parking is available, but spaces are limited, so it’s a good idea to reserve in advance. The staff were lovely and welcoming. One small note: rooms on the higher floors might be a challenge for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues, as the stairs are quite steep.

The room I stayed in was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. Even though there was no breakfast option, offering snacks was a really lovely touch. Bottled water was provided every day, and the room was cleaned regularly, which made me very happy. Additionally, having discounts at some local cafés nearby was a big plus.

Alia (the host) was such a sweetheart!!! She was always available for help and gave the best recommendations. I definitely recommend this guest house - there is a nearby bus stop, buses that take you straight to the city center for under 20 mins. Also, there is a big shopping center, just 5 mins walking distance, where you can find pretty much anything you need. The best value for the money we paid! Thanks again, Alia 💛

Our room was beautiful, the staff super helpful and lovely and the location was perfect. Quiet area, but close to everything.

We're absolutely in love with this guesthouse and are definitely planning on coming back for the next trip to Edinburgh. Sinead and Chris were so sweet and helpful and forthcoming, the location was really great (and we've only travelled by bus, which was no problem at all), the view in the sea-facing room is fantastic, we've slept heavenly in those comfy beds, and the breakfast is a MUST. 10/10 recommendation!
