Very kind and hospitable owners. Spacious room with high ceilings and tons of natural light in a true Georgian home. Absolutely beautiful! Balcony was particularly lovely. Bed was super comfortable for me, but I can imagine taller guests might want to book the double bed room rather than my twin. Bathroom was clean and well-equipt with great water pressure and hot water. Common areas were cozy and clean. Wi-Fi was very fast and worked well for my remote work. I highly recommend & would stay again.

I loved everything about Goga. Nadya's cooking and beautiful spirit are wonderful. Mamuka is just one of those guys,a good guy. I felt right away that he and his wife are good,comfortable,accommodating,hard working and genuinely decent people. I felt right at home almost instantly. I could not have dreamed of a more perfect time to be there(had the place practically to myself),location,view and the long walk down the mountain.Beautiful! Konstantin House is one of those places that's a joy to discover after spending days in less-than-comfortable accommodations. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a beautiful sea-view terrace. Overall, the guesthouse is new and spotless. A large, well-equipped kitchen is available for guests. The staff is kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The presence of a very sweet dog, some cats, and a freely roaming rabbit makes the whole experience quite idyllic, especially thanks to the lush green surroundings. Essentially, it's a great place to stay within the surprising village of Sarpi. Finally, 5 minutes down steep stairs will take you directly to the border.
