We got to spend time with Dimitris and his family and it’s been amazing. They give you also tips for places to visit, where to eat at, the beaches to check out. For sure we’ll be coming back!

The guest house has family rooms. Such a beautiful room with balconies! There was adequate parking very close by (mid-September). Spacious room with wardrobe and plenty of outlets. The furniture was unusually nice - like being at home! The hostess was a delightful Greek grandmother who prepared fabulous breakfasts. The windows and balcony doors had screens to keep insects out.

The apartment was cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The view was absolutely stunning — both from the room and from the pool area. We especially loved the homemade breakfasts, which were delicious and made with care. The pool was very clean and had an incredible view, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were warm and welcoming. The location is peaceful yet close to the center of Limni and the beach. We’re so happy we chose this place and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Dimitra and her mother, owners of the location, welcomed us upon arrival, very friendly and amiable . They were ideal hosts and quickly got familiar, like we knew each other long time ago. We really felt like home all our 1 week stay. House absolutely clean, snow-white linen changed every 2 days, we exchanged small presents almost every day. Beautiful warm sea just across the street, large beach, teh small city offered mini-shops, green groceries and bakery with fresh bread, very close. One-in-one, it is one of the best accommodation we experienced in Greece, for the last 15 years.We congratulate the owners and regret we had 1 week stay only. Definitely, will be back.

We liked the spacious suite , the marvelous view , the peace of the property . I highly recommend it

She went above and beyond to help us with our onward journey which was a little tricky and went perfectly, thanks to her. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need. The location for catching a ferry could not be closer.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The room was very clean and quiet. There is a small kitchenette to prepare simple meals or make drinks etc. there was a sandwich maker and a hot chocolate maker. I stayed somewhere else on the same strip of beach a couple of years ago, which cost far more and it was not as good. This is exceptional value and well placed for the beach and town.
