Not sure why their rating for Wifi is so poor because we had perfect WiFi with speed of approx 80 Mbps, one of the fastest we have ever experienced at any accommodation. The hostess Maria, is very nice and super helpful.

Our innkeeper Mrs Konstantina was friendly and treated us with love and attention. She prepared us delicious breakfast every morning and was attentive to our needs throughout the day. In short she treated us like family and greeted us with warmth. We would certainly visit her again should time allow it.

I want to stress a very friendly and kind welcome from Dimitra and from her excellent mother. The place provides everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful stay. The apartment is excellent equipped, clean and comfortable with terrace and sea view. Beach is in close proximity, just to cross the street. We regret that we just stayed only four nights, should have stayed longer. Recommended to all to visit Lappas apartments and Evia island.

Set on an elevated position, just a few metres away from the beach of Pili, Xenia Residence offers spacious, modernly decorated studios and apartments with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.

Xenia studios and apartments are bright and individually decorated in soft tones, each with a private balcony. They include a kitchen or kitchenette with dining area and a living room with a flat-screen TV. Free toiletries can be found in the en-suite bathroom. The breakfast was definitely among top 5; it was a selection from a rich menu where all of our change requests were accepted. We stayed for one week and it was one of the highligts of our vacation. Same place also offers dinner service, which was the best restaurant we have visited in the island. The room was quite big; my wife got sick and had to stay in the room for 3 days. She said at least our flat / room was so comfortable it did felt good to stay. We had 3 balconies which were highly enjoyable. Kitchen, table, enough space for our staff. There is a very clean private pebble beach with 5 min walking distance, they borrowed us umbrellas and towels to use it there. Organized beach was a bit further down the road - 3 min driving distance. Overall great service/food/space - thanks a lot for everything

There is a small kitchenette to prepare simple meals or make drinks etc. there was a sandwich maker and a hot chocolate maker. I stayed somewhere else on the same strip of beach a couple of years ago, which cost far more and it was not as good. This is exceptional value and well placed for the beach and town.
