Die Unterkunft Piccole Case, die in Kamari, 700 m von Strand Kamari entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten, einem kostenlosen Privatparkplatz und einer... Es war perfekt! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5 min Fußweg vom Strand/Restaurants entfernt. Eine wunderschöne neue und saubere Unterkunft im typischen Santorinistil. Jeden morgen wurde ein kleines Frühstück serviert bestehend aus Toast mit Käse und Schinken, Ei und kleinem Crossaint mit frischgepresstem! Orangensaft. Es war ein Genuss dieses auf unserem Balkon mit Bergblick zu genießen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften sogar am letzten Tag noch ein anderes Zimmer bis zu unserem Abflug nutzen so konnte auch der letzte Tag genossen werden. Das Hotel bzw. Kamari liegt in der Einflugschneise. Uns hat es nicht gestört und war eher beeindruckend. Wen das nicht stört definitive Empfehlung!

Everything was perfect. We stayed in the highest room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was just a short walk to the castle area for sunset viewing. After the sun had set, we were able to return quickly and enjoy the stunning twilight view from the balcony as the lights came on. Breakfast was served at a partner restaurant, and both the flavor and variety were excellent.

The personal hot tub jacuzzi was a big big bonus. The shower and the bed were very comfortable. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The hosts, a family of one son and 2 daughters run this place themselves with all their heart and do a fine job. The host gave us recommendations on planning our days, places to visit and practical tips. With a car at disposal, although the location didn't matter, but close proximity to Fira main town was a big benefit. Fira is bustling with energy, with great places to eat. We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. Their gesture of placing welcome snack and beverage in the fridge and a small departure gift was truly appreciated.

It’s a bit away from the busy and somewhat overcrowded part of the town which makes it absolutely special. You are like in a serene retreat, at the same time having all the facilities of a nice resort place within a short walking distance. To my mind, it is simply the best place in Kamari. Apartments have its own private and very cute path to the nice beach with picturesque sunrises. The house inside was cozy and stylish including the terrace with a breath-taking view overlooking the sea and a beautiful garden. The place is quite close to the airport but not too close in a way it might bother. Very convenient logistically. Ancient Thira is just up the hill, you can hike there or take a taxi. It is also close to the modern Thira city (~15 min on the bus) and from there you can get wherever to discover the island. So being located in Kamari was just perfect for me. Communication with Adriana was always the best, she even was so kind to drop my friend and I to the airport. WiFi was also good as I made some working calls. I highly recommend it!
