I absolutely liked everything about this place, the house nested in the middle of nature offers peace and relaxation. Many colourful birds come share breakfast. It's a treasure house with many interesting objects and stories. The owners, Victor and Otto are the kindest, I felt part of the family.

Good location for semuc champey, restaurants, tiendas and so on. Staff was friendly. Nice view from the balconies. At check in the owner (i assume) informed us that parts of the hotel is under construction, and the hot water isn't working yet.

Very friendly staff, very helpful ! And the place might look a bit shady or poor, but you have everything you need, with wonderful people around you. Very safe place, despite how it looks like. And the private room had everything that I need. And the price is a very good price !

Most ppl stay here for Semuc Champy, so join David's tour!!!!! He is the best!!!! Professional, reliable and having much fun with him. His family are also so nice, when we arrived first day, tuktuk already there to pick us up. When we leaving, also drop us off at the terminal. Room, public area amd bathroom are clean, especially the bed is so comfortable!!!!!! Besides, they also run restaurant and offer reasonable price. I also reserved my shuttle here. Appreciate everything!!

Loved my stay here. Close enough to walk to the park. Fell asleep to the sound of the water. Food was fine as well. I did not hear any noise from the bar either.

Very convenient spot in Lanquin. We walk 2 mins to the small market, 20 mins walk to the cacao tour, and really love the town and atmosphere here. The owners are very kind, helpful, and so professional. We really recommend this place to everyone.
