The owners of this very nice and clean posada will give you the warmest welcome, they have a colourfull garden (with somesurprises!) en house and you stay directly at the water. You will have a little balcony, as well as a kitchen and free filtered water. The room itself can be a bit noisy with sounds of neighbours. If this one is full, you can ask to stay at the posada of their familiy, also amazing, lakeview, clean and quiet! 2 mins walking. Make sure you take the collectivo to ; Restaurante Ve amar! 2 mins walk from there.

Lovely and clean, new renovations and USB plugs even. Spacious and although shared toilet, only 1 other room there. Perfect location for ferry (car and person) to and from Flores (advise this is driving rather than the road in and only costs £3 (Q30). Hosts are lovely and so helpful ensuring you are treated like a local. Rooms are spacious and airy and the fan is sufficient to keep you cool as minimal windows.

The place is wonderful. Some slight fit and finish issues like the shower leaking onto the floor, but overall, the place is absolutely beautiful. The bathroom is stunning, and the bed is comfortable. Erick is easy to deal with and welcoming, and so is his wife/girlfriend. The location is a little out of the way, but a tuk tuk is only 30qtz to the main strip

Everything about this place is just so pleasant and nice - the staff, the vibe, the coffee, the common areas, the location. We’ve been travelling for a few weeks now and stayed in some really good places. But none of them have had everything on point - which this place have. Like not to an excessive degree. It’s just, for the amount of money you pay, it’s just worth as high a score as there is. And to give two examples of how forthcoming this place is: 1) we stayed an extra night at our previous location due to a storm, missing a night here - no need to pay for that; 2) we took the sunrise tour to Tikal, was able to still get the free breakfast when we came back AND could use all the facilities until our bus left in the evening. We were literally surprised several times of how much this place exceeded expectations.

Very clean and confortable beds and showers. The terasse is nice with some wind in this really hot place :) some windbells make a real soothing atmosphere. Easy to book anything at reception

Clean, Air con great, pillows and bed comfy. Hosts good Locations good. I was worried because they only had one review.. but booked because price was good and it was very good value for money! Not sure why they don’t have more reviews but would stay again for sure.
