The main shops, restaurants and attractions of Budapest are reachable on foot. It os a lovely place in a grest lovation however it is quite noisy.

Location was excellent, a short 10 min walk from the big Ferris Wheel & Deak Ferenc Ter (square) where the airport 100e bus drops you off as the last stop. Easy to find via Google maps & key codes all worked perfectly every time. Turn left out of the accommodation & you were at the Danube after a few mins walk with access to trams etc; turn right & you were at the Metro station after a few minutes walk, one stop away from the main hub at Deak Ferenc Ter, to head off in lots of different directions. Metro system very easy to use & cheap (download BudapestGo app). Lots of restaurants nearby & only a short walk to the Chain Bridge. Ghida was a lovely host, contactable & very helpful if you needed anything but otherwise left you to it. Room with a double bed was clean, spacious & warm, shower just right! Big jug of water left & topped up on request, some sweets, coffee machine as well. Own key to lock my room & a key for the outside lock. Even though in the middle of restaurants & a minor road outside, it was amazingly quiet at night, so slept very well! A lot of places are walkable from this base, Parliament Building & St Stephen's Basilica nearby.

The whole experience was amazing, we did not expect this extraordinary hospitality. Generally when we travel to Europe individuals whether they employees or owners tend to be quite formal and rigid in their services. This was not the case in Wagner Villa Edet was absolutely atentive and helpful to all our needs. Reka was super in coordinating any extra requests. Both ladies wer absolutely genuine in providing service and hospitality above and beyond. The room was spotless adn so comfortable . The whole villa was relaxing and inviting. During our stay we had a full house still we did not feel invasion of privacy or noise or any disruptions at all. The location is adequate around 15 minutes away from the downtown area bus service is available quite close by.

She was incredibly kind and went out of her way to drive us to a nearby festival to grab food when we arrived hungry, which we really appreciated. The place itself was cozy, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Every detail in the room and bathroom was thoughtfully designed. The breakfast cookies were delicious too! We highly recommend staying here for a warm, welcoming, and comfortable experience.
