The staff were super friendly and provided recommendations and helped out when needed. The room was really nice, the pool area was fantastic to relax and spend some time at. Everything was great. Nice room, bathroom, pool, breakfast was delicious.

Gentle music in the garden added to the magical feeling. The breakfast was also very good and made the experience even more enjoyable. Also the Balinese massage is a highlight at this hotel, my first and for sure not last one.
