The staff were lovely and were so helpful carrying some very heavy luggage I had. In particular Widhy was so efficient, professional yet friendly. She was quick to answer any questions I had and even went above and beyond in helping me purchase an item in the room which I found to be exceptional quality. It would be difficult to find a better place to stay!
