If you want the local experience of staying in the old city of Jaffa on the second floor of an eccentric and very charming 300 year-old home (with hosts living downstairs), this is the full package. You’re a 10 minute walk to the beach and in the heart of the old city of Jaffa. Blue front door and everything and tourists stop by to take photos (it’s that authentically cute). There’s filtered water on the first floor and the hosts (who live on the first floor) were very welcoming, considerate, and respectful of our privacy. We would stay here 10000% to get that authentic Jaffa experience.

Truly amazing host that went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Sasi is a truly kind, caring and interesting human being. The place is centrally located and near everything you could possibly need. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The property is non-smoking and is set 1.7 km from Banana Beach. Rothschild-Tel Aviv studio is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Joseph the owner is right nearby for any question big or small, so kind and accommodating. The studio is beautifully appointed with kitchenette, lovely balcony. Mine looked out onto foliage and quiet street. It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful the apartment is given its proximity to Rothschild (a stone’s throw). Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Walkable to Neve Tzedek, Nahalat Binyamin, Beach, Carmel market. (And for you Americans out there… I’ve never had such amazing hot water pressure anywhere in Israel ;)). You simply cannot go wrong at Rothschild Studios. Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️
