At the homestay, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Amazing. We had the warmest welcome from Benny and his family. The room is lovely with a balcony that overlooks beautiful scenery. It’s so picturesque. The food is without doubt the best we have tasted. But it was the warm hospitality and kindness that made this stay perfect. Benny shared his knowledge of the land with us, and Sheeja shared fresh homemade food beyond our expectations. We are traveling around Kerala, but I can’t imagine that we will find anywhere that surpasses Sceva’s Garden. It is near the tea estates and trips can be arranged, but in all honesty our favourite time was sitting on the balcony looking at the view.

Joe and his family couldn’t have been more accommodating and engaging. Super nice:) The breakfast was perfect and dinner each night was wonderful…and they catered to my daughter’s dietary requests. The morning mist views from the balcony were beautiful and all necessities were provided in the rooms. Joe helped arrange activities and transportation but we never felt rushed or ‘planned’. It was a perfect end to a crazy busy India itinerary.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and connect to a lovely sitting area surrounded by trees. A delicious breakfast made by the host was a real treat. Also has secure parking and was a perfect place to head out and explore on my motorcycle. Highly recommended.
