They combine nice, clean private rooms, with a nice common area with lots of comfortable options to hang out. The owners are super chill and one of the highlights of this place. This place attracts a lot of chill people, and it is super easy to connect, and for me that made my stay in Thekkady exceptional. For me this was exactly what I was looking for

A beautiful modern villa set in green and quiet neighborhood. We loved having access to filtered water to refill our bottles and a kettle to boil water. Ben and his wife are very warm and helpful hosts and Ben is very knowledgeable of the area.

My room has a balcony overlooking his garden, surrounded by trees 🌳 where I can hear the birds singing. The place has around 14 rooms — spacious, clean, and with terraces and hammocks perfect for relaxing 🌸 It’s perfectly located, just a few minutes’ walk from the park ticket office and entrance, as well as several restaurants 🌿✨ I’ve had a couple of beautiful and deep conversations with him 🕊️ where I could feel his sincere sweetness ✨ He’s incredibly helpful — he even checked on me two days before my arrival to share directions and recommendations. He also practices yoga like I do 🧘‍♀️ and every morning, without fail, he does his meditation practice at sunrise 🌞 Sureesh inherited the land where this house now stands 🌿 He worked in the park for many years and decided to follow the advice he once received from a traveler ✨ to open a guesthouse for tourists 🏡 He took out a bank loan and built his home with love and effort 💫 Sureesh is an example of discipline and dedication, of devotion and service 🙏 I loved talking with him — I learned so much from his wisdom 🌞 He has such a warm, cheerful, and gentle energy 💛 Truly an incredibly kind soul 🌸 I would definitely stay here again 🌿
