This is an apartment hotel. The room is comfortable, bright and clean. There is a shower and toilet inside of room. Comfortable bed. The common dining room is large in size. There is a capsule coffee machine. I really liked the location of this place - the city center, you can quickly walk to all interesting objects. I was met by a nice girl who explained in detail what and where it was. She recommended an excellent restaurant where this property has a 10% discount

The location is super, in a beautiful old renovated palazzo in the old city near most sightseeing places. Great beds, spacious room, complimentary drinks and snacks.

Excellent location in center of Riccione. Close to restaurants, bars, shops. The beach is next to the apartment. Excellent sea view from the living room balcony and side sea view from the bedroom balcony. The living room balcony is big and can accommodate up to 6 persons with a table and a couch. Both rooms have big TV. All the necessary appliances and cooking tools are provided. The underground parking was provided by the host and is about 200-300 meters away and is 10 euro/day. If you travel by car is absolutely necessary.

It’s a nice house in village next to sunflower fields. House is confortable and clean and host very nice. Absolute bonus is very nice restaurant in a walking distance. Restaurant has rugged Italian county side style and very good food with local wines. Restaurant is mutton lover’s paradise because it’s “all mutton”-restaurant.

Wonderful room, with helpful and friendly host. Location is very quiet and perfectly located for local restaurants and cafe's which are within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend as a perfect place to stay whilst travelling through Italy.

The location was absolutely fabulous. The house is a historical building, with lovely terrace, thoughtful details such a some books about the city, and air con, which was much appreciated in the hot month of July when we visited. Being in a limited trafic zone it was very quiet.
