The garden was beautiful, and the pool was absolutely top-notch. Our apartment was just a minute from the pool. Our first impression was a bit strange – walking through a gardening center – but in the end, it turned out great. Privacy and a lovely garden. Shops and beaches are only accessible by car, but the nearest beach is just 5 minutes away. In mid-July, there were no crowds at all. Definitely worth visiting Castiglione, and you can also go to Piombino and from there take a trip to Elba. By car and ferry: 40 minutes + 40 minutes. We had great weather – no scorching heat. I would just recommend improving the check-in and check-out process a bit to make it smoother. Let me know if you want a more formal or casual version!

Beautiful italian style house. Beautiful room with a lovely sea view. Was supplied with soap/shampoo, ect, also fresh towels everyday. It was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. Supplied quaint little italian style breakfast when requested. We could help ourselves to tea/coffee in breakfast area at anytime. Great location near coast, the centre and train station. Excellent value for money
