It is a beautiful experience to stay there. The rooms are comfortable, with some lux touches added (bath robes etc.). We especially enjoyed a tiny balcony for breakfast/evening wine sipping. The property was very clean. It is located just at the border of the historical centre, with a nice walking distance to the Piazza del Campo. A panorama of the centre, seen from the way, goes as a bonus (especially at night). Another bonus is the bus stop just in front of the property, where the direct bus to the train station stops. The communication with the owner was perfect and immediate.

We enjoyed the coffee but the pastry and juice were not as good as those we have been enjoying elsewhere. Loved how communicative Katia is, so helpful, made us feel very welcome. She dealt promptly with our requests and was helpful with restaurant reccomendations. Nothing seems too much trouble. I would not hesitate to reccomend people to stay here, it is very unique.
