It was clean, had all the facilites that we needed, the room is just like in the pictures. The room was always clean, and we even got fresh towels daily. There was crackers and wine in the room that we drank. There was no contact with the staff or the employees and we could check in at very very late because we didn't needed to meet. It was very nice that its a flexible place

This room is in an old building located close to the Florence Duomo. Actually you can see some part of Duomo from the window. Room was very clean and I found it very beautiful. Also I like the closet which is not really big but it’s fine for long dresses. There are coffee machine and kettle in the room. The room was cleaned every day. I also like this building inside. They have a book about Pucci close to the entrance of the building. You also can find some books in the room.

A panorama of the centre, seen from the way, goes as a bonus (especially at night). Another bonus is the bus stop just in front of the property, where the direct bus to the train station stops. The communication with the owner was perfect and immediate.
