It met all our expectations. We were not after a 5 hotel experience, but wanted a nice comfortable bed. Staff were terrific, bed comfortable and the whole guest house just had a friendly feel. Even the non attached showers and toilets just seemed to match the cosy feel.

The facilities and common room were AMAZING and was a pleasant surprise! The staff were attentive and very accommodating. Would recommend.
