The place is very good located, close from Gion but in a quiet street, the Room is confortable, big enough for a couple. The staff was incredible, Sim the owner makes you feel at home and gives us the best advice for our itineraries. I will go again to Kyoto and stay as well at this place!!

Cute location next to a small river in a quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious, seperate bathroom and toilet and a nice view from the window. The entry to the building and room is by code so you don't always have to bring an annoying keycard with you. There was free bottled water in the lobby. The host Kevin gave us all important information via Whatsapp and even offered to drive us to the station at the end of our stay.

The guest house features family rooms. Great location. Quiet and spacious room. The bed was really comfortable and I liked that I could control the temperature of the room. The facilities were clean too. Overall, it had a nice homey vibe :)

On top you get to experience sleeping on a futon which is way more comfortable than we expected! We recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit Kyoto and would definitely come again!
