Clean, warm, cosy room. Kevin, the owner, is absolutely fantastic. He drove us to the rental place to pick up our car. He gave us loads of information for the area and even provided free washing powder for the coin laundry around the corner. He also provides free tea/coffee and water and luggage storage. What more could you want! Extremely good value for money.

Kyo-Anthu Inn was a joyous place where you feel as though you are part of a loving home in your stay. Emiko-San was very generous, helpful and exhibited fantastic hospitality towards myself. I could not recommend this place enough and if anyone were to visit Kyoto, Kyo-Anthu Inn elevates the experience of this magical city.

We truly loved this accommodation and we felt very well there. The apartment is located in a quiet zone, close to a Lawson Supermarket and to the public transport. It has all necessary items for a stay. The staff was kind. Therefore, we recommend the Family Inn Kei to all persons wanting to visit Kyoto.

The hotel is located to the south of the Kyoto Imperial Palace and is very close to the subway station. The rooms are spacious and feature a classic Japanese-style bathroom. This was a really sweet property, it felt special to be able to stay in a more “authentic” property and the location was also great for what we wanted to do in Kyoto. It was clean and well appointed, we really enjoyed our stay!
