They went above and beyond by picking us up from the station when we arrived and even taking us back on our last day, helping with our luggage and giving us a lovely send-off. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Such kindness and care are rare to find – highly recommend staying here!

Seeing Mt Fuji when you open your eyes is magic! But what really sets this place apart is the family that runs it who were so helpful and warm. One of the brothers is a historian so it was really nice to have him tell the history of Fuji & the family house. The other brother even drove us to our next destination in town! He picked us up from Kawaguchiko station and served us hot green tea. The view from the room was amazing as well.
