The house is managed by a son and his mother, who can communicate only in limited English. However, we managed to discuss my situation, and they allowed me to return at 1 pm for an early check-in. The entire property exudes a sense of history, and the summit of Mt. Fuji can be fully seen from the window of my tatami room (quadruple room), with its peak illuminated by the rising sun at around 5 am – a truly surreal experience.

The room is very big, has got everything you need and a very nice view on mount Fuji. Also, the bath he prepares for the guests is the best thing ever after a long hike. Highly recommended!!
