Great room and living/dining area had very comfortable sofas. The breakfast pancakes were fantastic as was dinner. Panha is such a great host, we only had one day in Phnom Penn but with his help we packed loads in, he collected us at the airport late at night and the next day drove us around all day including finding a great restaurant for lunch where the food was excellent (and we would never have chosen it) and then taking us back to the airport the next day, His English is excellent so throughout the day we had many great conversations about a wide range of topics.

Very good English speaking and friendly service oriented staff. While waiting for our late night flight, we could leave our luggage in a safe area, use the pool, AC sitting launch, enjoy the good food, and just feel good. Family of four. Relaxing in the swimming pool (clean by the way). Soaking up the sun. The property has everything including cutlery, a kitchen sink, cloths, office table, hot shower, cups and the like. I enjoyed my stay and can't complain in the slightest.

We usually go for places with more reviews, but we decided to give this one a shot, and it was great! They're just starting out and are really invested in giving customers a good experience. Very genuine and kind hosts. The room was very clean with soft white sheets. The room we were in was a bit small, but perfectly comfortable for a shorter stay, especially given the competitive price for the area. Perfect location right in the middle of the main in-town attractions. AC worked well, wifi worked well.

Staff very friendly, perfect location for me as I wanted to be closer to the climbing gym and airport. Free water refill. The vegan cafe serves very good food from what I saw, though a bit rich for my taste. People bring dogs in, if that's not your thing there is an amazing cat cafe 3 minutes walk away. The "russian market" is next door with some surrounding, more traditional khmer style resaurants, fair warning there is obviously a lot of animal product around the market.
