Il faisait un temps affreux (pluie et froid) et Chami nous a emmené en voiture au restaurant de notre choix et est venu nous rechercher ensuite. Il nous a également fait faire une visite en voiture afin qu'on puisse quand même découvrir un peu le village. La chambre est tout à fait correcte et propre. Il y avait une couverture supplémentaire vu le froid dehors. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, sucré et salé.

The house is a 110 years old, British structure with high beam ceilings. It is located near the city town by tuktuk, 25 minutes walk to the lovers leap waterfall. After a long train ride from Colombo, booking this homestay is the most wise decision i did! The house is super clean and quiet. The room is so spacious and smells amazing! Bath towels and warm blankets are there. The bathroom is super clean and there’s a hot shower which very amazing as the weather here is cold! The owner are supeeeer kind, he give a tuktuk ride and tea factory tour with a very reasonable price . By the way he can pick you up from the train station with a very fair price plus he’ll keep stopping every beautiful view to explain the place and let you indulge the beauty of their town. The wife prepared the breakfast and it is super delicious! I highly recommend this for family or group of friends! Worth every penny!

We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the guesthouse. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated – really comfortable. The owner was extremely kind and gave us great advice about nearby restaurants. He was also very helpful with practical tips, especially regarding the train. His suggestion to board the train one station earlier to secure a seat was absolutely brilliant. We truly enjoyed our stay in Nuwara Eliya. Highly recommended!

I stayed in a super nice and extremely clean room with a balcony and beautiful view of the hills. Big bathroom with hot water shower. The staff was very helpful and helped me arrange a tuktuk to go to Adams Peak at night. I have nothing to complain about!
