We stayed there for one night to go on a safari in Yala National Park. Our host organized this for us at short notice and was very nice. The accommodation is a bit out of the way but perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Karin and Shanti welcomed us, we felt like their family, we stayed in beautiful cottage, very good food. They arranged us great safari with great guide, we have seen all animals. Higly recommend this place, very quiet, with lot of animals and beautiful garden.

Santha and his family were so lovely and warm. The location is great for safari and checking out some of the beautiful beaches nearby that are basically empty. We did the safari with Santha too and loved it. We are both ecologists and Santha was very knowledgable about all the animals and also knew all the tricks for getting the best out of the safari without the 4am start! Highly recommend

Our stay in the Lagoon Inn was wonderful. The Reviews telling about the great hospitality and the good (local) food are right. (Even our kids enjoyed it!). Both are found here at the Lagoon inn. The rooms were clean, cool and well maintained. And the location is stunning. Furthermore we were very pleased with the Safari that we booked here at the Lagoon inn. We recommend this Safari to all who come to Bundala. (https://bundala-national-park-safari-kamal.business.site/) We saw crocodiles, spotted deer, lizards, goanna, monkeys, waterbuffelo and many birds, (pelicans, hunting eagles, nest with young fish Eagle, painted Stork, Blue tailed bee eater, Kingfisher, etc...)

We had a fantastic stay. We arrived and were warmly welcomed. Our room was ready and it looked great. We had a room with sea view. We were immediately offered a beer on arrival and in the evening the host prepared fresh fish, shrimps, chips and rice for us. One of the best dishes we've had in Sri Lanka. The accommodation is located directly at sea, so you have a lot of peace here. The host is very helpful and will make your stay comfortable.

Among the best guest houses I've been. Very friendly and helpful owner, excellent food and tea, central and quiet location with sea view, 100m from beach and 500m from main bus station. Room had private bathroom, fan, good ventilation and daylight, is mosquito-proof when doors closed, and had a balcony with sea view. Free wifi is available. Very good value for money. It's very pleasant to sit on the balcony or in the shaded garden in the breeze, hear the sound of the waves and enjoy the view.

Parking available for the Tuk-Tuk we rented. Nice owner, who cooked for us and organized a safari. He took us to a Buddhist monastery and drove around with us to show us some animals. AC in the room. Soap in bathroom. It was clean. Breakfast was tasty. The owner really tries hard for people to feel comfortable.

Nice place to stay close to the beach and relaxing place .room was clean . Friendly staff and they help us booked the safari tour in yala and it was exellent .. We hope to come again here.
