In the affordable price range it is worth it. Owner was very friendly and shared few srilankan coins as my 13 year old son is coin collector so as her son. They have huge collection of bank note collection in their office space. Impressive. Thanks and appreciate your friendly behavior.

Huge thanks to the owner of this house. He was extremely friendly and kind. He arranged a dinner the night I checked in in a good restaurant near the house and next day he took several of us to Pidurangala on his car at about 4-45 am then helped organize safari which was very cool (Minerya park). Also, he helped me with all the tuk-tuk rides during those two days. I really appreciate all the help. The property and rooms are very clean and have the stuff you may need. The location is very close to Lion Rock.

She cook fantastic Sri Lankan cuisine with love. She has a nice smile every time she meets with the guests. Simple be there and feel home.

We lived 2 days in paradise. Harsha the host is very kinds and always helpful. His wife cooked Sri Lankan foods are very delicious. We joined her cooking class. They using most of spices and vegetables they own farm and garden. They planted many fruits ( mango , banana, guava, etc..). It’s a shame we have to leave this paradise. Definitely we will come back next year.

As an added convenience, Pidurangala View Treehouse offers packed lunches for guests to bring on excursions and other trips off-property. I loved sleeping in a forest-like environment. I really missed it, and this treehouse was a lovely stay in that regard. The noise/sounds/music from the forest at night is the best. We really enjoyed everything: the treehouse, the view on the rock, the Loris tour at night, the breakfasts/lunches/dinners, and the simple but clean facilities, the safari... Make sure to discuss with the host about the different activities you can do around the rock (time, price, etc.). The host will help you out the best that he can, including dropping you at 5am at the bottom of the rock if necessary! Very kind family, business encouraged, I would come back there 100%.
