Responsive, respective, very fast response to guest whenever requested, always consider guest in high priority, a local style tea is provided on requesting when we came back in a day trip. We received a warm welcome with Morocco local mint tea on arrival on first day. Staffs provided us a very good advise to tour old town, especially Badia had given us a lot of advise by carefully explanation and drawing on a map. Additionally breakfast is rich and big meal. nice night view on rooftop and nice water pool - in fact a small swimming pool in central of courtyard.

Ahmed, Bilal and Amin and other staffs were always there to go above and beyond. The rooftop dining space was an add-on. The cleanliness of the room was amazing. My wife and I received the best services one can expect. I would say one of the best Dar in Fes. The location was suitable as it was easy to locate and you can walk through the old medina of Fes. Last but not least the owner of Dar Golden Ziat was so cordial who arranged our taxi pick-up and drop-off at a reasonable fare. Definitely it's a recommended Dar and for sure you will receive a homely treatment.

Extra facilities include full-day security, meeting rooms, a tour desk and housekeeping service. The staff was wonderful. Nevi and Omaima were very nice and friendly. Omaima was so kind and always attentive. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. She also took well care of us by getting breakfast for us as we had to go to different excursions very early. They also recommended places and how to do things in the medina. They accommodated us with an excellent service. You would not have the same personalised service in other big hotel. The hotel is traditional and authentic of the local culture. The proximity of the riad was really good. It is inside the Medina and close to everything. Overall, everything was excellent and we will choose the same hotel again. 200% recommended.
