Loved the privacy and the fact that we could use the bikes to explore the island. The fridge and kitchenette meant that we could enjoy nice breakfasts in the room, and on the sunny private terrace. Would 100% recommend to fellow travellers 😊

Very well stocked by the kind and thoughtful Mrs. Bettina, who even left us some treats in the fridge, including crackers with pâté, cake, butter, and jam. Located in the quiet and pleasant village of Oudeschild, where we highly recommend trying the fish at De Oude Vismarkt (the oysters are amazing!) and taking a walk along the sea to Fort de Schans. Given the quality offered, the apartment is much more affordable than the average in Texel.

Amazing location, furnished to perfection. It was a home away from home, with really beautiful details and highlight. Comfy space, great location, right near a walkway through the forest and the beach on the other side. The apartment has all the amenities you would want. Our host was really helpful and delightful, we were greeted with complementary sweets and coffee was included in the stay (for the Nespresso machine). All in all, one of the best placed I've stayed in so far.

When I came in, I felt like at home immediately - it was so cozy! Everything is equipped with big care. Design is lovely, I felt so comfortable. Hans is so friendly, he cared about everything. It was so warm inside (I'm writing this review in the winter). I wanted to see the island but the weather was not too good, I wasn't too lucky there. But even sitting in the cozy accomodation when there have been the wind and rain outside was also a pleasure! It was warm and calm. I loved it ❤️‍🔥
