Very quiet location considering you are in busy Kathmandu, wouldn't change to Thamel. Very nice helpful host and his cute family. Very clean facilities, very comfortable matrasses - we slept like babies. Excellent full breakfast. 🍳🥛☕🥭

I had a wonderful time during my stay with Nit and Chamelee.Stepping into the third month in Nepal, I was looking for something less crowded than the tourist area, yet still easy to get around and not too far from the city center. Peace Homestay checked all the boxes.As I am also working, Nir offered to provide a table and chair for me to be able to work from inside my room.I also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner experience; it felt like home.I definitely recommend everyone to stay there while in Kathmandu.

I stayed in Nirvana Kuti following the recommendation of Linda, a wonderful woman that I met in Delhi airport. She was indeed accurate: Nirvana Kuti is such a beautiful accomodation, comfortable, clean and pretty new. It was easy to feel home. Besides the comfort of the room, with a big, warm bed, with views to the temple just in front of the house, it is located just a few steps from Durbar square, in a very calm street. I slept extremely well and woke up to the beautiful views. Life is magical and I met Bobby, the owner of Nirvana Kuti, even before my stay. He kindly offered me a ride to Nirvana Kuti, and he made it very easy for me to feel home. Even more, he also allowed me to stay a bit longer because my bus was leaving in the evening. I appreciate Bobby's kindness and the beautiful taste in which the house is built. It is both comfortable and stylish, and the location couldn't be better. Thank you Bobby for making of my last days in Kathmandu (for this time) a beautiful experience and see you next time ♡

The place was brilliant, very clean and lovely comfy room. Great view of Kathmandu and the temple. The location is great and is about a 15-20 min walk to the center. Owner is lovely gave us lots of tips and advice coming in to the place. We’re coming back to stay again as we have one more night Kathmandu after we left to Pokhara. Great place!

Location is in a quiet area, it was “just like home” with Roshani and Sugat. Nice to return to the quiet at night, away from the business of other Kathmandu areas. Roshani and Sugat are both very accommodating and kind. Was easy to communicate via whats app before and during stay. An short walk to main road and from there, walk, (or taxi) to many of the points of interest in and around Kathmandu. Roshani and Sugat were very helpful with directions, banking, SIM card, use of taxi app, places to eat and see etc etc. Lovely hosts!
